NOTICE AS OF 9/4/09:
For more than ten years I have owned and managed the LouisaOnline Message Board.
I created it so that everyone in our community could have a place to share ideas, thoughts, and helpful information.
Unfortuntely, many times over the years, the message board has become a place where certain people have enjoyed causing trouble... using it as a way to spew their anger and hate, spread rumors, and hurt others.
I've tried being strict, being lenient, being patient, being mean, being nice, and flat out ignoring it... but no matter what I do, nothing works... certain people continue to instigate and be downright mean...
I have been worn down. I just don't have the patience to deal with it anymore.
After all these years I have decided to shut the whole board down, permanently.
Unfortunately a few bad apples have finally spoiled the fun for the rest.

For those of you who are angry that their soapbox has been ripped away and you're not able to use this site to cause trouble anymore... go play in someone else's sandbox, because my backyard is now closed.
For everyone who has supported me and the board over the years... readers, posters, financial contributors, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will always truly appreciate your support and kindess!
I have made some very, very good friends through the board, and it DEEPLY saddens me that I may lose touch with y'all.
So please, please keep in touch with me through email!!
Or better yet, I'd love to "friend" you ALL on facebook! Please email me and I'll give you my full name so we can keep in touch that way. It's SO MUCH fun, very safe, and you only communicate with people who you approve as friends. I'm even willing to be the main contact person so we can all "friend" each other.
